IMPROVEMENT OF PERFORMANCES AND REDUCTION OF OVERHEATING
Generator cooling can often be significantly optimized, particularly on older machines, with several targets:
- Recover the rated output of the machine, when it is limited by excessive temperatures

Increase the power of the group when the turbine allows it
- Improve the efficiency of the generator
BH2M develops ventilation kits for machines limited in output due to excessive temperatures or for machines with a potential power increase.
As part of projects to increase the power of groups, BH2M offers a "turnkey" solution: studies, supply of components and installation on site.
The system has been optimized by using CFD* analysis to ensure a high level of carbon dust extraction. BH2M solution can be implemented on all electrical machines equipped with brushes. * CFD : Computational Fluid Dynamics
